Consider, however, that it may be problematic for anyone to assess their own personal and professional character.  You may wish to have a trusted (and candid!) co-worker respond to the assessment on your behalf, for third-party insight – and to rule out any reckless over-confidence,

70 – 84

This total reflects that you have acquired many of the skills, traits, abilities, and resources needed for successful leadership. It appears that you are committed to preparing yourself for stronger managerial capacity – both day-to-day and long-term. It may be helpful to have a trusted (and candid!) co-worker respond to the assessment on your behalf, and share their insights.

55 – 69

This score reflects potential gaps in the skills, traits, abilities, and resources needed for successful leadership.  It appears that you may be ready to recommit to preparation for stronger managerial capacity – both day-to-day and long-term.  You may consider recruiting from within or outside the family to shore up those areas that are currently lacking.

This total reflects potential gaps in the skills, traits, abilities, and resources needed for successful leadership. Inexperience may be a factor; perhaps you were compelled to take the reins before you were ready to do so.  Recommit to preparing yourself for stronger managerial capacity – both day-to-day and long-term.  You may consider recruiting from within or outside the family to shore up those areas that are currently lacking.
